I am so grateful.

Be in the vibration of deep gratitude. When you are in this vibration, you help magnetize blessings and miracles into your life.

Think about things that you are grateful for. Say thank you for your family, health, animals, job, ect. Visualize this gratitude spreading out from your heart to your entire body.

The image of the angel emits the energy of gratitude. The power that the angel’s gratitude creates is very evident in the painting. Feeling gratitude helps to raise the Earth’s vibration.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others. -Cicero

Day 21- Compassion

I have compassion for myself and for others.

Open your heart to other people. Compassion isn’t about feeling sorry for people or for your self. It is about opening you heart.

Let your compassion flow through your body. Read something on compassion.

The image of the heart chakra flower mandala is made to open your heart to hold more compassion for yourself and others. Feel your heart opening as you look at it.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. Dali Lama

Day 22-Generosity

I am generous.

Be generous with your gifts and talents. Give without expecting anything in return. Being generous with your time is sometimes even more important than being generous with your money.

Think of some ways to be generous with your time and talents. Write 3 things you could do to help someone else. Get groceries for a shut in, help walk a dog, cook dinner for someone going through a hard time or do anything else you can think of that would be of help to someone in need.

The image of the Smiling Heart illustrates how opening your heart and giving generously of yourself makes the world a better, happier, and more peaceful place.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Generosity is giving more than you can, and pride is taking less than you need. – Kahlil Gibran

Day 20- Love

I am love.

Love raises your vibration. Love and gratitude are the two highest vibrating frequencies.

See and feel yourself being filled and surrounded by universal love. Feel that love. Feel the love of the universe and your connection with source. Listen to music about love.

The love and heart energy in the painting is given wings. Sending love out to all in the Universe gives us wings and helps us all to heal and ascend to living a life of unimaginable beauty.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Give all to love; obey thy heart. –Ralph Waldo Emerson

Day 19- Passionate

I am passionate about life.

Finding passion in your life is really important. It is one of the things that makes you want to get up in the morning. It gives you a reason to do what you do. For me it is what makes me write and work in a healing profession. It has not been an easy path for me but it is where my passion is so without it I would not be living a life that is authentic for me.

What do you feel passionate about? What makes you happy to get up in the morning? Write about it!!

This is a flower mandala for the sacral chakra. Flowers are often used to represent feminine passion, fertility and creativity. Feel yourself blooming and passionate about all things that life has to offer.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Be still when you have nothing to say: when genuine passion moves you, say what you’ve got to say, and say it hot. –D.H. Lawrence

Day 18- Deserving

I am deserving of the best things the universe has to offer.

Sometimes one of the biggest road blocks to being where we want and need to be in our lives is not really believing we deserve to have all of the best things in life. This could be a past life issue or it could be an issue from this life. We all deserve to be happy and joyful in this life. Do you believe that you really deserve to have all the things you want out of life? If not, where did these beliefs come from? Repeat the mantra over and over while meditating. See yourself having all the most beautiful things that the universe has to offer.

In the image the Angel of Inspiration is truly inspired and at peace. She knows that she is worthy of everything that life has to offer. Notice the abundance around her. Breathe that abundance and worthiness into your being.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

It is difficult to make a man miserable wile he feels he is worthy of himself and claims kindred to the great God who made him. – Abraham Lincoln

Day 17- Joy

I am joyful!

Think back to a time when you were truly joyful. What did it feel like? Try to feel that feeling in every cell of your body.

Write 3 things that bring you joy.

Notice the joy emanating from the Angel of Joy. Feeling joy and living in that joy raises your vibration. This brings joy and success on all levels to all areas of your life. Feel your body bathed in gold and rainbow joyous energy.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

I define joy as a sustained sense of well-being and internal peace, a connection to what matters. –Oprah Winfrey

Day 16-Miracles

I am a miracle.

Miracles happen everyday. Open and watch them unfold before you. Your life can change for the positive at any moment. We have to open our perception to see the miracles that happen around us everyday.

Ask for a miracle. See yourself opening to the possibility that they do exist and that they can happen to you!!

To me the image of the butterfly is all about hope and miracles. The butterfly is full of love and heart chakra energy. When we live our lives out of love we are open to miracles.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Where there is great love, there are always miracles. – Willa Cather

Wednesday, April 28, 2010

Day 15- Listen

I am listening to my inner guidance.

Sometimes we need to be silent so that we can listen to our inner guidance, source, angels, to our hearts and to what others around us are really saying.

Today spend a few moments just breathing. What thoughts come to you? What are they telling you? Have a conversation with someone. When they are speaking truly listen to them. Do not think about what you are going to say in response. Only listen to what they are saying.

Notice how quiet the angel in the painting is. We must get quiet in order to hear what our angels and guides are telling us. Follow the example that this angel is setting.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

A man’s silence is wonderful to listen to. – Thomas Hardy

Day 14- Relax!

I am relaxing into who I am meant to be.

Schedule an appointment to get some bodywork done. Take a warm bath. Trade a massage with your significant other. Get a manicure or pedicure. Spend a few moments reading a good book or simply spend a few moments in meditation. Relax and allow the space to remember who you really are.

To me this image is all about relaxing and being cradled by the divine. When I see it I think of babies sleeping peacefully. Feel the love and protection that is out there for you. If we can truly feel that, it is easier to relax and breathe deeply.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

The time to relax is—when you don’t have time for it. –Sidney J. Harris

Monday, April 26, 2010

Day 13-Abundance

I am abundant on all levels.

The key to manifesting is about feeling it. Feel what it would be like to have all the health, love, money and anything else you want in your life. Try your very best. Think back to a time that you felt like you had what you wanted in your life. If there is something that you have not felt but you want, try your very best to feel with every cell of your being what it would feel like.

The image shows abundance in every aspect. Go into your heart and feel all the abundance that is available for you. We can be abundant beyond our wildest imaginations.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.

- Wayne Dyer

Sunday, April 25, 2010

Day 12-Affirm

I am affirming the truth of who I am and who I am becoming.

Think about some of the truths about who you are. Do you see yourself as a good friend to yourself and others? Do you see yourself as creative, energetic, calm, loving or any other positive things? What are some wonderful things about who you are? Name 3 things!

See this image as your angelic self. The colors represent all the different aspects of ourselves. Affirm the truth of who you are.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Man is born a predestined idealist, for he is born to act. To act is to affirm the worth of an end, and to persist in affirming the worth of an end is to make an ideal. – Oliver Wendell Holmes

Saturday, April 24, 2010

Day 11-Action

I am a divine source in action.

Today is the day for action. Write 3 things that will help you get to where you want to be in your life. Start on bringing that list into reality. It could require a few minutes of exercise, a phone call, a few minutes of focusing on your breath. It is your choice. What is going to help you get where you want to go? Let divine guidance lead the way!!

Look at the image of the bird dancing. Sometimes we need to get up and ruffle our feathers by moving. Shake things up. Do something different. Develop some forward momentum but do it all while being centered in your heart.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. – Dali Lama

Don’t be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better. –Ralph Waldo Emerson

Friday, April 23, 2010

Day 10-Allow

I am allowing divine source to flow through me.

Spend a few minutes breathing deeply. Visualize gold light flowing in through your head. Divine source is flowing through you and your path is becoming clearer and clearer. See in which directions source is asking you to go.

Dolphins are total present moment creatures. Their entire being is about allowing pure joy. They are always flowing with the Ocean. They are allowing themselves to be cradled by mother Ocean. Dolphins also teach us to breath deeply and fully into our entire bodies. They teach us to allow our bodies to expand. Breathe into your belly and be open to allow spirit to enter.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

You have to allow a certain amount of time in which you are doing nothing in order to have things occur to you, to let your mind think. – Mortimer Adler

Thursday, April 22, 2010

Day 9-Ask

I am asking for divine guidance.

If you do not ask, you cannot receive. Ask source for what you would like. Would you like to be healthier, happier, more connected to spirit? Would you like to be healed in some way? Ask for it!! Say it out loud!!

This image of the “swooping in” angel as Christia calls it shows how our angels are always there to help us we just need to ask.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever. – Chinese Proverb

Wednesday, April 21, 2010

Day 8-Trust

I am trusting in source.

Trust that you are exactly where you need to be in the moment. Believe that you are cradled and protected by the source/God or whatever you are comfortable with.

Today your exercise is to meditate on what it would feel like to be cradled in your guardian angels wings. You are loved and protected. Trust that everything is in divine order.

This image of the Angel Heart Bird shows us how there is always help. We may not be able to see or touch it but it is always there. Your angels and guides are always protecting you and showing you their love.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

A human being is only interesting if he's in contact with himself. I learned you have to trust yourself, be what you are, and do what you ought to do the way you should do it. You have got to discover you, what you do, and trust it. – Barbra Streisand

Tuesday, April 20, 2010

Day 7- Newness.

I am new.

Now that we have worked on releasing things that are no longer helping us to create the life we want we have to really believe that we can start over.

It’s never too late to start fresh. We are the masters of our own destiny. We don’t always have control over what happens but we always have the power to decide how we deal with what happens. Ask yourself what you want and then allow yourself a new beginning and head in that direction. Don’t complicate things. It really is that simple.

Look at the painting of the Deva (spirit/light/consciousness) of the Ginger Lily. To me flowers are about newness. The blooms spring up new and fearless. Each individual bloom does not stay around long but it feels unashamed to show it’s true, beautiful, authentic self to the world. Follow the example of the Deva of the Ginger Lily and do the same. Smell the fragrance of your favorite flower and notice the affect that has on you.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

To be fully alive, fully human, and completely awake is to be continually thrown out of the nest. To live fully is to be always in no-man's-land, to experience each moment as completely new and fresh. To live is to be willing to die over and over again. – Pema Chodron

Day 6- Letting go of fear.

I am ready to let go of the fear that is holding me back.

Yesterday we worked on releasing, but fear has such a powerful hold on so many of us that it deserves a day of its own. Many believe that there are only two main emotions, love and fear. Many also believe that fear really stands for false emotions appearing real. I believe that there is a place for fear. It can protect us and keep us from getting into situations that are potentially dangerous. On the other hand, if you are holding on to too much fear, there is no room for love and it can keep you from moving forward in your life. Think about all the fear you are holding on to. Ask out loud to be released from the fear that is not serving you and holding you back. Release fear of the unknown, moving forward, fear of failure, self-sabotage, the need to be right and the need to control all situations in your life. See all the fear falling off of you like leaves on a tree.

The image is very peaceful. There is a lot of fear in the Earth right now. Fear breeds more fear. Look at what is going on with the world. Ask the angels for help. Ask to not live your life in fear. Ask for all of Earths inhabitants not to live in fear. See the Earth as a peaceful place as the image of the earth is surrounded by a peace sign with an angel up above watching over all of us. Notice how the angel is centered in her heart.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

I’ve grown certain that the root of all fear is that we’ve been forced to deny who we are. –Frances Moore Lappe , O magazine, May 2004

Sunday, April 18, 2010

Day 5- Releasing!

I am ready to release those things that no longer serve me.

Today is about releasing those things we no longer need. What are we holding on to that is not helping us to move forward in our lives? We must let go of things that are not serving us in order to allow for the space in our lives for the new things we want. Make a list of things that are holding you back. Are you holding on to shame, anger, fear or other emotions and memories that are no longer serving you? Write it all down on a piece of paper. Find a lighter and a safe place to burn the paper. Burn it and say I release all of these things that are no longer serving me.

Look at the spirals of the Earth. You are the Earth at the center of the painting. You can look at everything spinning off of the Earth as being all the stuff you are letting go of.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Saturday, April 17, 2010

Day 4- Centering!

I am centered and balanced.

One of my favorite ways to think about centering is to think about the aspects of yin and yang. Yin is about substance while yang is the movement. Everything has a yin and a yang aspect. If we walk the line between yin and yang we are more centered and less reactive to the people and things around us.

Today spend a few minutes just breathing. Look at the image to the left. Breathe in through your nose to the count of five and out through your mouth to the count of five. Feel yourself centering in your heart. Repeat the affirmation for today.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

A mind at peace, a mind centered and not focused on harming others, is stronger than any physical force in the universe. –Wayne Dyer

Thursday, April 15, 2010

Day 3- Grounding.

I am grounded and rooted to the Earth.

Before you start doing any work on yourself you must first be grounded to accept the changes that are about to happen.

Imagine yourself as a tree. See your roots going down into the center of the Earth.

Write 3 things that make you feel grounded and connected to the Earth.

The flower is the highest spiritual attainment for the plant. Before we can get to that point we have to have our roots firmly in the ground. Look at the root chakra flower mandala, feel it’s spiracle nature pulling you down.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

My heritage has been my grounding and it has brought me peace. –Maureen O’Hara

Day 2-Change is good!

I am open to change!

Take an inventory of your life and yourself. What are some things that you like? What are some things that you do not like? Try to look at these things without judgement. We have to be flexible to allow change in our lives.

Look at the image of the butterfly. The butterfly goes through as many different stages in it’s life span as do we. Read about the life cycle of a butterfly. What stage are you in? Are you still taking in new ideas and energy, are you resting and cocooning to integrate what you have been learning and becoming something new or are you fully out there in the world being your authentic self? Think about it! We all need to get to the point where we are authentically ourselves, showing our true colors to the world.

Write 3 things that you are grateful for.

Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me. –Carol Burnett

You must be the change you want to see in the world. Mahatma Gandi

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly. Anonymous

Day 1-Intention

I am intending to create a life I love.

In order to create any changes in our lives we have to set an intention for what we want. Spend some time over the next day or so thinking about what you want to see happen in your life. Where do you want to be 6 months from now, a year from now or 5 years from now? If that is too difficult try 3 and 6 months and a year.

We also ask that you begin a daily practice of setting your intention for the day. Each day before you get out of bed spend a minute to ask for what you want for that day. If we don’t ask how can we receive?

Visualize yourself as a seed, planting your seeds of hope for the future. What do you want to nurture in your life what do you want to give your intention to?

Look at the painting of the eagle. Eagles are very focused on what they are doing. Take on the perspective of the eagle. Look from up above at the bigger picture. Soar with the eagle.

Think of 3 things that you are grateful for.

All that counts in life is intention. – Andrea Bocelli

Daily Meditations.

Changes!

I thought that for my first post I would write about some of the changes that are going on at a planetary level. To discuss this, I will first talk about the changes that have to take place in me to even be able to write this post. I think most people I know have some idea about how alternative I am. I am an acupuncturist so I have to be a little different I suppose. I have been able to do a fairly good job of fitting into so called "normal" society though. To start writing about these things I have to really open up about how I really put a lot more stock in the unseen world than I do in the everyday workings of our society. I meditate, study shamanism, connect with the Earth and a whole lot of things that are unseen. Because of all these things both Christia and I will be writing blogs and posting things to our Facebook page to try to help people with all of the planetary changes that we are all feeling, even if we don't know it.

I am going to try to stay pretty simple with this post. I know many of you have heard about the whole end of the world in 2012 thing. Well in a way it is the end of the world as we know it. Isn't that like an REM song or something? There is a whole paradigm shift going on. As a planet we are ascending into a higher level of consciousness and this has not and will not always be a pleasant process. We want to help you all with it.

I believe really simply that we are changing to live much more out of our heart centers and not so much out of our minds. How do we do that you wonder? For today I will give you just a couple of ideas of things that can help us to live from our hearts and raise our vibrations.

1. Slow down and breath! I know that many of you think that you don't have enough time in the day but seriously everyone has 10 min to sit down, relax and breath. You can even try it for a few minutes right before you go to sleep or when you first get up in the am. Breath in slowly through your nose and breath out through your mouth. Feel your body anchored to the Earth.

2. Show gratitude! Think about all the positive things in your life. No matter how bad things look there is always something good! Find it and say thank you to the Universe!

If you do these things, they will help you! I guarantee it!

Expect to hear from me soon with some nutritional info to help you with everything going on!

With love,
Sara
